JOB DESCRIPTIONS

HEAD CHEF - As the Head Chef you will be responsible for growing and leading a team of cooks and kitchen staff in producing top quality Neapolitan pizzas and craft Italian food. You will be. KITCHEN MANAGER - As the Kitchen Manager you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef with various management responsiblities including ordering, schedule writing, etc. We pride ourselves on positive management and leadership techniques that create an environment of development and staff support, while executing a craft Italian menu. This is a career position with earning and growth opportunities!

BARTENDER - As the Bartender you will be responsible for ensuring that guests get top quality drinks in a clean and safe environment while executing the Oakfire Service Philosophy.

BUSSER / FOOD RUNNER - As a Busser / Food Runner, you will be responsible for assisting the restaurant management team in our service objectives. You will be helping with running food, cleaning tables and preparing for guests, and assisting with other floor management tasks. 

DISHWASHER - As a Dishwasher we are looking for motivated general utility/dishwashers that are responsible for the cleaning of dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, and utensils, as well as general facilities maintenance and small-food prep during non-peak hours.

FOOD EXPEDITER - As an Expo/Carryout employee, you will be responsible for making sure that all of the food that comes out of the kitchen meets our standards for excellent guest service as well as getting to the guests in a timely fashion.

FLOOR SUPERVISOR - As the Floor Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting and leading a team of Servers, Hosts, Bartenders, Expos, and Service Assistants to execute the Oakfire Service Philosophy.

HOST - As a Host, you are the first and last human connection that a guest makes with Oakfire. You are here to make guests feel excited to be dining in our restaurant, and you will be able to do this with your great smile, shining personality, and organizational competence.

LINE COOK - As a Line Cook you will be expected to cook and to prepare food to the chef’s exact specifications and to set up stations for brunch, lunch, and dinner service. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the chef team with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. We will provide you with supporting training materials and recipes.

PREP COOK - As a Prep Cook you should be able to cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List.

SERVER - As a server you are the main connection point for our guests. You are the one that facilitates our First Class Guest Service by following all of our standard operating procedures (SOP).
